EMF Ford 05+ Superduty Taper Tie Rod Ends for the DIY steering system with Jam Nuts and Boots.
These joints have the STOCK FORD SUPERDUTY Taper only and do not replace the stock tie rod ends on a stock steering system. The bodies on EMF joints are a different size than stock so it will not work with stock Superduty draglink and tie rod bars, only the tapers on the pins are a direct fit for stock holes. They are made for those who are making their own aftermarket steering.
Will ship as LH thread on the passenger knuckle and RH Thread on the pitman and driver knuckle. Draglink features High-Angle Bodies and your choice if the pitman arm joint is mounted under or above the pitman.
Available in a 7/8"-18 or 7/8-14 Shank and features the stock Ford Superduty taper on all of the joints so you don't have to drill out your knuckles like other DIY Heim Kits out there. All joints come with dust boots, hardware and Jam Nuts. All you need to do is build your own steering! Comes complete with all 4 Tie Rod Ends you need.
All components of our Tie Rod Ends are made in house from a billet 4140 Chromoly and coated with zinc, aside from the pins which are coated with a black liquid nitride to ensure the best possible wear and corrosion resistance. You should be able to go many years without needing to replace any of the internal components. Unlike any other Tie Rod End on the market, Evolution TRE's are serviceable, greaseable and REBUILDABLE. If you ever start to feel a little slop in the joint, you just tighten the cap. If you ever have to replace the inner components, you just have to buy a rebuild kit!
