This set was made specifically to replace the heim joints in a Dodge Thuren Fab Steering System but can be used for someone planning on making their own steering and have already drilled out their knuckles to a 3/4" Bolt.  THESE DO NOT REPLACE THE ENDS ON STOCK DODGE STEERING SYSTEMS!!!  THEY ARE A DIFFERENT SIZE BODY THAN WHAT DODGE USES.

** NOTE** THESE WILL NOT WORK WITH STOCK DODGE RIMS ** If you have stock Dodge Rims, let us know and we can swap the passenger knuckle pin out for a low deflection one instead.  The reason they do not work with stock rims is because of the way the joints are set up above and below the knuckle.

Did you purchase an aftermarket Dodge Steering System Like Thuren Fabrication that required you to drill out your knuckles and now the heim joints are worn out or you want a better solution? The EMF Dodge 3/4" Straight Pin Tie Rod Ends are your answer! These Tie Rod Ends WILL replace the Heim Joint setup on theirs and maybe other aftermarket systems. PLEASE SPECIFY WHERE YOUR CURRENT SETUP IS LH OR RH THREADS IN THE COMMENTS. Usually it is LH Thread on Passenger Knuckle, RH Thread on pitman arm and driver Knuckle.  If you do not specify in the comments, we will ship it this way.

Available in a 7/8"-18 or 7/8-14 (your typical 7/8"-14 Heim Joint Thread most companies use)  Left-hand and Right-Hand threads available and features a 3/4" Straight Pin on all of the joints so you don't have to drill out your knuckles like other DIY Heim Kits out there. All joints come with hardware and Jam Nuts. All you need to do is swap out the clunky heims with your new EMF Tie Rod Ends! Comes complete with all 4 Tie Rod Ends you need.

All components of our Tie Rod Ends are made in house from a billet 4140 Chromoly and coated with zinc, aside from the pins which are coated with a black liquid nitride to ensure the best possible wear and corrosion resistance. You should be able to go many years without needing to replace any of the internal components. Unlike any other Tie Rod End on the market, Evolution TRE's are serviceable, greaseable and REBUILDABLE. If you ever start to feel a little slop in the joint, you just tighten the cap. If you ever have to replace the inner components, you just have to buy a rebuild kit!
