NEW!! EMF Tie Rod Assembly for 1992-2006 Hummer H1. This kit includes the following:
  • 2 x EMF Female Tie Rod Ends
  • 2 x EMF Locking Jam Nuts
  • 1 x Solid 4140 HTSR Threaded Link
Features
    • Manufactured out of 100% 4140 HTSR Chromoly Steel
    • Black Liquid Nitride coating on all body and pin components to ensure a long wear and corrosion resistance
    • Female Tie Rod End bodies couple with a solid 1.5" 4140 HTSR link ensure a strong component that can handle abuse
    • Tie Rod Ends are fully rebuildable, adjustable and greaseable
    • Locking Jam Nuts thread onto the link as well as overlap the body of the Tie Rod End to ensure a perfect locking fit.  Flats are milled to allow adjustment with a wrench
    • Tie Rod Ends are RH and LH threads to allow ease of adjustment
    • Non-Tapered Body so there is no weak point susceptible to breakage
    • The Ball/Pin has the ability to deflect equally 360 degrees creating maximum front to back rotation as well as side to side.  This eliminates the joint form being over-extended and pulled apart.
    • Race tolerances create a wiper effect between the race and ball - eliminating the need for a boot and preventing grease from being washed out.
    • All EMF Tie Rod Ends feature our Patent Pending retaining system technology that will keep the inner components tight and in place longer, reducing premature wear on the inner components, thus, increasing the time between maintenance tightening.
    • If the joint becomes loose, it can simply be tightened in place.  There is no need to remove the component from the vehicle.
